 Bisexuality
Many bisexual couples take part in activities that they do not call swinging but are certainly far from monogamous behavior. Bisexuals often find it hard to marry someone who is completely straight so they end up marrying each other.
What happens then, sometimes, is that while the partners want to stay faithful, they can't imagine cutting off half of their sexuality for the rest of their life. Often they come to an agreement. Neither one is allowed to fuck a member of the opposite sex. That would create competition. They are allowed to have homosexual encounters.
To get to this situation a lot of groundwork and trust has to be set up. For many couples, each one assures the other that they will spill all the gory details of their sexual encounter to the other one once the fucking is done. Each partner is usually given veto power as well. If one partner finds the other persons homosexual partner distasteful, they have the right to say, you can fuck other people but not that person.
These types of relationship can only exist if there is a strong element of trust in the relationship to begin with. As soon as either person starts to feel uncomfortable, the partners should resume monogamy until things get back to normal.
It is also very important that both partners practice safe sex during their sexcapes. There is no point or fun in bringing a sexually transmitted disease home to your loved one!
On a positive note, these arrangements all each partner to live out the full scope of their sexuality. Because neither person will feel limited or tied down, their relationship may even grow stronger. Plus the sex can get better. Being with a man may teach a guy what his wife feels like during sex. Being with a woman, might help a wife better identify with her man.
